Frozen Blood (5e Spell)

You flick your hand at a creature that has taken slashing or piercing damage since the end of your last turn, freezing the fresh blood. They take 2d6 cold damage and must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the start of your next turn. A creature stunned in this way takes an additional 4d6 cold damage at the end of their next turn.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the later damage is increased by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd, and the initial damage is increased for every two slots levels above 3rd.
