Hollow Regeneration. The Frog Hollow regains 2(1d4) hitpoints every minute while in Hueco Mundo.

Reiryoku. The Frog Hollow has 15 Reiryoku.

Reiatsu. The Frog Hollow’s Reiatsu level is 3

Reiatsu Empowered. The Frog Hollow’s attacks are counted as magical

Siege Monster. The Frog Hollow deals twice the damage it deals on objects and structures.

Soul Devourer. Whenever the Frog Hollow reduces a creature in Soul form to 0 hit points, it may choose to devour them, regaining reiryoku and hit points equal to the creature's reiatsu level times 5. These Reiryoku and hit points cannot pass their maximum. It can also devour the corpse of a soul who died at max one minute ago.

When a soul is devoured this way, they are killed outright and cannot be revived unless the Frog Hollow is killed by a zanpakuto.

Soul Separator. As part of hitting a creature that's not on soul form, the Frog Hollow can spend 2 reiryoku to separate their soul from their bodies, turning them into a Wandering Spirit for 1 minute or until they die or are knocked unconscious.

Garganta. As an action for 10 Reiryoku, the Frog Hollow may open a portal that transports it to the home of all hollows, Hueco Mundo.

Poisonous Skin. When a creature is grappling the Frog Hollow they take 2 poison damage at the beginning of their turns.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The Frog Hollow can make one unarmed strike attack, this can instead be replaced by its tongue attack.

Unarmed Strikes.' Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach ft., one target. Hit:6 (1d4+4) bludgeoning damage.

Tongue. Melee Weapon Attack +5 to hit, reach ft., one target. Hit:6 (1d4+4) bludgeoning damage. Creatures hit by this attack must make a DC 11 Strength saving throw if they’re medium or lower, on a failure the creature is grappled, if the creature’s strength score isn’t higher than the Frog Hollows Reiryoku DC (11) then it is also restrained.

Acid Stomach. The Frog makes one tongue attack against a Medium or smaller target it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target is swallowed, and the grapple ends. The swallowed target is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the Frog Hollow, and it takes 6 (2d6) acid damage at the start of each of the Frog Hollow’s turns. The Frog Hollow can have only one target swallowed at a time.
If the Frog Hollow dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using 5 feet of movement, exiting prone.

Tongue Slam. While the Frog Hollow has a creature grappled it can slam them into a point within 30 feet of it, so long as that point possesses a solid surface or object of equal size to the creature, the creature grappled takes falling damage as if they had fallen the full distance they are thrown.
