Follower of Gahss [General, Roleplaying]

You worship Gahss, the God of War; Your fervor has made you a fearsome foe to behold.
Prerequisite: Must be Lawful Neutral, Lawful Evil, or Neutral Evil; Must worship Gahss
Benefit: You gain an innate +2 bonus to avoiding being bull-rushed, tripped, or disarmed. Furthermore, you can the ability to set any weapon against a charge, and deal double damage if the attack hits successfully.

There is no nation that does not know the name of Gahss, and no man who hasn't fought for his life who hasn't at least considered the God of War; Strife is simply a fundamental part of life. Although the God of War does not necessarily have any disdain for those who wish it were not so, he himself finds beauty in glory, and revels in a good battle. So, too, do his followers.

Those who devote themselves to Gahss and his philosophy are individuals who have fought all their lives. Some participate in bloodsport, while others simply brawl in the taverns, and yet others enlist in mercenary groups and fight in great wars. A life of hardship and adversaries prepares the truly devoted for life-and-death combat, allowing them to act with honed instinct and expertise. They are exceptionally difficult to bull-rush, trip, and disarm, and have the uncanny insight to use weapons in ways others might not think to.
