Feral Potion (5e Equipment)

It would probably be easier for this to be a potion that casts polymorph on the drinker. In that context, this should be at least Very Rare, since a potion of flying effectively casts fly (a 3rd level spell) on the drinker, while polymorph is a 4th level spell.
