Armor Class 14 (leather armour)
Skills Performance +4, Persuasion +4
Fencing Style. When the fencer is using a melee weapon in one hand and no other weapons, it deals 2 extra damage with that weapon (included in the attack).
Multiattack. The fencer makes two melee attacks.
Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) piercing damage.
Parry. The fencer adds 2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the fencer must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
Fencers are usually bored nobles who can afford the tuition or specially trained soldiers. They tend to eschew heavier armors, in favor of lighter and less restricting ones. They are light on their feet and quick with their blades, meaning a trained fencer can be a dangerous foe.
