The caster assails the minds of numerous foes and assaults their senses.
All creatures you choose within range must make an Intelligence saving throw, taking 10d8 psychic damage on a failure, or half as much on a success. Creatures that fail the save are also blinded for one hour and may repeat the saving throw each minute to end the effect.
