Light Frame. The emu is considered to be a Medium animal for the purpose of determining its carrying capacity.
Multiattack. The emu makes two attacks: one with its beak and one with its claws.
Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d10 + 2) slashing damage.
Emus are large birds, up to 9 feet tall, that weigh about 150 pounds on average. They are herd animals that generally travel in enormous mobs; most mobs consist of at least 5000 emus, while some claim to have seen mobs above 50,000.
