ACTIONS

Multiattack. The elasmosaurus makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its neck. It can't make both attacks against the same target.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d10 + 6) piercing damage.

Neck. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the elasmosaurus can't use its neck on another target.

Thrash. The elasmosaurus violently swings its neck and tail. Each creature within 10 feet of it must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 14 (4d6) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.

The elasmosaurus is a long-necked marine reptile known for its serpentine profile and silent approach. With a neck stretching over 20 feet, it strikes from surprising angles beneath the waves, snatching prey from reefs or the surf before vanishing into the depths. Though not the strongest predator in the sea, its reach and agility make it a feared ambusher in coastal and open waters.
