Sometimes when an adventurer dies while exploring a dungeon, their body sits for a long time, untouched by scavengers. After enough time, the flesh turns into a sort of jelly, which pleases Juiblex, who then animates the once person and creates a drooling one.
A drooling one resembles a humanoid with no hair, bones, teeth, nails, or blood, but it could never be confused for a humanoid, as its mouth constantly hangs open; endlessly spilling acid as the creature moans madly to itself. A thin layer that superficially resembles humanoid skin surrounds its acidic body, but this layer breaks easily and regenerates slowly, so a drooling one in a prolonged battle resembles a humanoid covered in sickly green slime.

Ooze Nature. A drooling one doesn't require sleep.
