Dragon's Tear (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement)
The Dragon's Tear was first made when the very first dragon died, the spark of his life captured in a chunk of sapphire. Later, that sapphire was taken into a jeweler's shop where it was cut into an amulet in the shape of a tear. Since then, others have attempted to recreate this amulet by following a dragon around and waiting for it to die. Shockingly, the dragon outlived them every time. As such, there is only one Dragon's Tear in existence.

Destroying the Dragon's Tear. Seeing as the Dragon's Tear is a sapphire with the first dragon's spark inside, the only way to destroy it would be to have 3 different dragons use their breath weapons against the amulet at the same time. They have to be different breath weapons, however, fire and ice and acid, or lightning and fire and repulsion breath.
