There is a user called Quasar that has been persistently vandalizing this wiki, and has abused at least five accounts as of writing. I've looked into contributions for Quasar accounts and it seems as if Quasar is actually a group rather than an individual, as such I don't see how IP blocks would be all that effective. They also seem to be connected to the vandalism-only accounts ILikeOlderWomenVeryMuch and Koenigsegg Gemera as Quasar has restored edits by these accounts, see revision history of Gleeok (5e Creature). Any idea what to do about this?
As per my request, the term "quasar" has been blacklisted (as i discovered trying to create a page called "discussion:quasar"). Another thing I've noticed is that Quasar has persistently uploaded the same file (after it keeps getting deleted) and spammed it in pages, is there any way we could prevent that file from being uploaded?
