Dire Chicken.jpg
Dire chickens are chickens that have somehow survived several generations in the wild, eventually producing a creature that is mostly able to protect itself. Dire chickens live in flocks and will often flee from trouble, but will gang up on perceived threats.
Dire chicken eggs are edible, but the shells are so much harder than regular chicken eggshells that you may need a small hammer to crack them.
