Magic Resistance. The cultist has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.


Multiattack. The cultist makes two attacks with its scimitar.

Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) slashing damage.

Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage.

Assist Demon. The cultist targets a demon it can see within 30 feet of it and chants in Abyssal. The demon then gets advantage on the next attack roll or saving throw it makes before the end of its next turn.

Demon cultists are usually found underground. They once were students of magic who were introduced to demonic powers and began to worship demons. Demon cultists cut themselves as a show of sacrifice and devotion to the fiends. These cultists avoid confrontation with others unless they wish to kill them. They summon lesser demons to do their dirty work and order them to kill others.
