Wondrous item, Legendary (requires attunement)

A heart shaped pendant made of gold that holds the power of a Stand User by the name of Josuke Higashikata and his Stand: Crazy Diamond. The pendant has 3 charges and has various abilities to spend them on. The pendant regains 1 charge at the end of each day.

Crazy Diamond! You hit an object and change its state of being. You can revert complex structures back to their original form, such as turning food back into its ingredients, fuse objects and a creature together, or simply repair broken objects. If you choose to fuse an object and a creature together as an action, such as a large rock and a person, then creature must make a Dexterity check against you equal to 8 + your dexterity modifier + your proficiency bonus. If the creature succeeds, nothing happens, but if they fail they are then fused with the object and restrained. If you wish to free the creature, you may do so as an action.

I'll just have to pummel you from here! You shoot a projectile with the immense strength of Crazy Diamond. If you have a ball bearing on your person, you may fire it like a projectile using crazy diamond at a target 40 ft. away, dealing 3d8 bludgeoning damage upon impact. Alternatively, should you have a bullet for a rifle, you may fire the bullet at a target 80 ft. away, dealing 6d8 piercing damage.

I'll heal you, no problem. You hit a living creature with Crazy Diamond and heal it's wounds. If there were any cuts, holes, or other wounds, they close and any detached limbs or parts return to the body. The creature also regains 4d12 hit points. This feature does not work on limbs that have been away from the body for more than 3 minutes, creatures that are dead or undead, or your own wounds.
