ACTIONS

Action Name. Melee Weapon Attack: Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage.

REACTIONS

Pack Tactics: The crazed piranha has an advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of its allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Crazed piranhas are small, aggressive freshwater fish known for their sharp teeth and voracious appetite. These piranhas have been driven to madness, making them even more dangerous than their normal counterparts. They have reddened eyes and erratic swimming patterns, often traveling in large schools. Crazed piranhas will attack anything that enters their territory, driven by their insatiable hunger for flesh. They can strip their prey to the bone in a matter of seconds, making them a feared predator in their native habitats.

Note: This stat block is designed for the crazed piranha as an individual creature. If you wish to use them as part of a larger encounter or a swarm, you may need to adjust the statistics accordingly.
