History[edit]
Cosmic Dragons are believed to have been born from the aftermath of the Great Cataclysm, a cosmic event that scattered the energies of ancient stars across the multiverse. These energies coalesced into the first Cosmic Dragons, beings of immense power and knowledge. Over millennia, they have traveled the planes, gathering wisdom and protecting the balance of the cosmos.
Ancient texts speak of Cosmic Dragons as advisors to gods and kings, their counsel sought in times of great need. They have been both revered and feared, often worshipped as deities by those who glimpse their true power.
Society[edit]
Cosmic Dragon society is loosely organized, with individuals often living in solitude or small family groups. They inhabit places of celestial significance, such as mountain peaks, deep forests, or hidden caves, where they can observe the stars and meditate on the mysteries of the universe.
Cultural Practices[edit]
Stargazing: Cosmic Dragons spend considerable time observing the stars, believing that celestial bodies hold the answers to many of life's mysteries.
Celestial Festivals: They celebrate significant astronomical events with elaborate rituals and ceremonies, drawing power from the alignment of stars and planets.
Guardianship: Many Cosmic Dragons see themselves as guardians of knowledge and magic, often becoming protectors of ancient sites and artifacts.
Interactions with Other Races[edit]
Cosmic Dragons are generally reclusive but will interact with other races when necessary. They are known to form alliances with scholars, wizards, and those who seek to understand the cosmos. Despite their solitary nature, they are not opposed to sharing their wisdom with those who prove worthy.
