Wondrous item, rare (minor) While you wear this cloak in darkness, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide. Bedazzlement. While you are in an area of bright light you become the centre of attention, emitting dazzling light in a 20-foot radius. Each humanoid in that area that can see you must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of its next turn. If a humanoid's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the humanoid automatically succeeds on any saving throw it makes against this effect for the next 24 hours. |
