Physical Description[edit]

Chimera ants aways have humanoid features mixed with other animals, this is due their birth being from an mutant ant which mixes DNA. Some may appear more humanoid, while others maintain more animalistic features, they may retain some of their memories as human.

History[edit]

The chimera ants were normal sized ants, but with the detail they could copy the genes of the creatures they ate onto the next generations. One ant however, suffered a mutation and became human sized, due to this she hunted for bigger animals until she eated humans, which created sentient chimera ants. After that, they made a big anthill to protect the queen and the chimera ant army.

Chimera Ants Names[edit]

All of the ants receive their names from the Chimera Ant Queen, generally taken from their animal form, some examples are:

Male: Meruem, Shaiapouf, Menthuthuyoupi, Koala.

Female: Hina, neferopitou, zazan, mosquito.

Chimera Ants Traits[edit]

Creatures created because of the fusion between humans and ants genes.
Ability Score Increase. Your Strength increases by 2 and your chimera ant type will give you the second bonus.
Age. The Chimera Ant are born fully mature, and can only live up to 3 years.(the queen may live up to 30 years)
Alignment. The Chimera Ants are loyal to their queen, which makes them aways be lawful towards her. However, may the queen be killed, they tend to wander off to fullfil their owm desires, which makes them more chaotic inclined.
Size. Chimera Ants vary widely in height and build, from barely 2 feet to well over 8 feet tall. Your size is Tiny/Large.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet. Depending in which type of ant you choose you may gain flying speed or the abillity to walk on walls.
Survival Of The Fittest. As an Chimera Ant you know very well the rules of nature, and the best methods of surviving. You have proficiency in nature and survival skills, and you can roll perception checks with advantage when locating animals.

Additionaly, if you have the Nen User class, you gain +10 aura points per level with this race.
Insect Body. Your Ant origins have a huge effect on your body, if you lose a limb you may regenerate it once per long rest.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.


Chimera Ant Types[edit]

Condor Ant[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity increases by 1.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30, due to your wings you also gain 60 flying speed.
Sky Diver. While in a flying state, you may use your wings to give a fast dive in your target, dealing 2d4 Bludgeoning damage.
Prey Location. You have experticise in locating your prey, making it so you have proficiency in the perception skill, and if you are in the air you can roll it with advantage.
Sky Death. While flying, you may grab your target who has to make a Strength saving Throw to not get stuck, if he fails you go high in the sky and drop him to the ground, dealing 3d6 Damage.

Cat Ant[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity increases by 2.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 45.
Sharp Claws. You have deadly claws, which makes your Unarmed Strikes give 1d6 Slashing damage.
Cat Tail. Your tail makes it easy for you to have proper balance, which grants you proficiency in the acrobatics skill.
Feline High Speed. For 1 turn you gain double of your movement speed to your walking speed, and while you are in this state your claws deal 3d6 Slashing Damage. This may be used once per long rest.
Royal Knight. You were born with the rank of a royal knight for the queen, you gain +10 aura points and may roll Intimidation checks with advantage.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Lion Ant[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength increases by 2.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30.
The King Of The jungle. You have been born as the king of animals, You have proficiency in the intimidation skill.
Mighty Roar. You give a loud roar which forces each creature in a 30-foot cone to succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or drop whatever it is holding and become frightened for the duration of 2 turns.
King's fist. Your strenght is unmatched, your unarmed strikes deal 1d8 bludgeoning damage.

Butterfly Ant[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity and your Wisdom score increase by 1.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30, due to your wings you have 45 flying speed
Sleep Powder. You can liberate powder that makes creatures go into a transe like state, to avoid this they must succed in a Wisdom Saving Throw.
Multi Clones. You can take 10 out of your maximum health to make a small clone of you. For each 10 hit points you take you create another clone.

Octopus Ant[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity and your Strength score increase by 1.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 20, due to your aquatic nature, you gain 60 swiming speed.
Ink Splash. You can shoot black ink that makes your opponent have disadvantage on anything sight related.
Tentacle Grab. You use all your tentacles to grab an opponent, he must make a Strength saving throw and if he fails he takes 1d8 + Your Strength modifier.
Body Possession. If you have a dead body at disposition, you may take control of it for 24 hours. You gain only the voice and smell of the body, and may disguise yourself as the dead creature

Bull Ant[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength and your Constitution score increase by 1.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30.
Bull Charge. While moving at least 15ft, your next melee attack will deal an extra xd4 Bludgeoning Damage, with X being each 5ft you moved.
Bull's Retaliation. When you take an attack, you may strike back with an unarmed strike.
Bull's rage. When you are less than half your maximum hit points, you can go into a rage state to gain +3 in all your stats, for each turn you are enrage, you gain 1 level of exhaustion.

Alligator Ant[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 2.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30, due to your affinity with water, you also gain 50 swimming speed.
Long Jaw. Your jaw is long with sharp teeth, you can use her to bite your target dealing 2d4 Piercing Damage
Hardened Skin. Before adding any type of bonus your AC is 12.
UnderWater Predator. While you are submerged, you roll Stealth checks with advantage, and any attacks made after being submerged deal twice as much damage.

Turtle Ant[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom and your Constitution score increase by 1.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 20, due to your aquatic nature you gain 70 swimming speed.
Turtle Wisdom. You have lived several years when you were a turtle, which grants you proficiency in the history skill.
Hard Shell. Due to your resistant shell in your back, you gain +3 AC before adding any dexterity bonus.
Last Resort. You can hide in your shell for 1 turn to negate any type of bludgeoning and slashing damage. Your AC also gains +10 for the turn, you can only use this action again after a long rest.

Wolf Ant[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength and your Dexterity score increase by 1.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 50.
Pack Tactics. You have advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of your allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Bite. You use your sharp fangs to bite the opponent, dealing 1d6 piercing damage at 1st level, 1d8 at 3rd and 1d10 at 5th.
Moon Howling. While under night time, you can give a powerfull howl that grants you and your allies for 1d3 turns +2 to all their stats.

Chameleon Ant[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence and your Dexterity score increase by 1.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30, and you may walk on walls as if under effect of spider climb.

Scorpion Ant[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity and your Constitution score increase by 1.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30.
Poison Tail. Your tail has a deadly sting on the tip, you may make unarmed strikes with her to deal 1d6 Piercing Damage. If the target is hit, he must make a Constitution saving throw to not take 1d4 poison damage for 3 turns.

Queen Ant[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30, you can walk on surfaces like under the effects of spider walk.
Phagogenesis. Chimera Ant queens possess an entirely unique method of reproduction known as Phagogenesis, by eating other creatures, a Chimera Ant queen can impart the characteristics of ingested creatures onto the next generation of Chimera Ants it gives birth to. When you eat a creature you may lay an egg that will take 1d3 days to be born, having 3 features, 2 actions and reactions, and 1 legendary action of both creatures you consumed, and having all its atributes and resistances. You can do this a number of times equal to your constitution and proficiency bonus per day
Ant Queen Telepathy. The Ant Queen can telepathycally talk to any of it's soldiers, giving them orders that they are forced to obey.(willing or not)
Ant's Ranking System. At 3rd level, you must add ranks to your created ants, with royal guards gaining a +4 in all their stats, Squadrom Leaders gaining a +3 in all their stats, officers gain a +2 in all their stats, and peons gaining +1 in all their stats. You can have 5 royal guards, 10 Squadron Leaders, 15 Officers and 20 peons.
