Saving Throws Str +19, Con +19, Wis +12 Sure-Footed. The Centrosaurus has advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws made against effects that would knock it prone. ACTIONSMultiattack. The Centrosaurus makes two attacks: one with its stomp and one with its tail. Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: (5d6 + 9) bludgeoning damage. If target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the creature is already prone any hit with this attack counts as a critical hit. Charge. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 40 ft., one target. Hit: (3d10 + 9) bludgeoning damage. The target must succeed a DC 16 str saving throw or be knocked prone. If target is already prone, Centrosaurus can make 2 stomp and 1 gore attacks Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. "Hit:" (2d12 + 9) bludgeoning damage. The target must succeed a DC 12 dex saving throw or be impaled on horn. If impaled, target is considered grappled and takes (2d12) bleed damage until the grapple ends.

Centrosaurus is very docile, as far as ceratopsians go. A very adaptable creature, they live mostly solitary lives, wandering the forests in familial groups. The only notable exception is during their great migration in the winter. These ceratopsians are seclusive, preferring to sneak away as opposed to fighting. And for an animal of their size they can sneak very well. The Centrosaurus can often be found in protected territory or in private hunting grounds, due to an incident called "The Day of Red", when a dark sorcerer wiped out over 2,000,000 Centrosaurus in a flash flood. While the motive is unclear, it granted special protection status to the creatures. |
