Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by a sorcerer, warlock, or wizard)

This small candle allows the user to cast a number of spells, while its wax never melts when lit. While this candle is lit, it sheds bright light in a 5-foot radius and dim light for an additional 5 feet.

Spells. This candle has 5 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC and spellcasting ability modifier: burning hands (1 charge), flaming sphere (2 charges), ray of enfeeblement (2 charges), or ray of sickness (1 charge).
You can also use an action to cast the fire bolt spell from the candle without expending any charges.
The candle regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the candle crumbles to dust and is destroyed.
