Caligati Bomber (5e Creature)
From D&D Wiki
Small humanoid (caligati), chaotic evil
Explosive Barrel. The caligati has disadvantage on all Dexterity checks and saving throws. The caligati's barrel automatically explodes if the caligati is dealt any fire damage. Upon exploding, all creatures within a 5-foot radius must make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Ignite. The caligati uses its torch to ignite the contents of its barrel, exploding as described in its Explosive Barrel trait.
The only caligati bombers are those who are manipulated by other caligati. They tend not to be the sharpest tools in the shed, blinding rushing into battle with barrels of firegrass on their backs and nothing but a torch in hand. Using the stupid caligati as bombers was the caligati controllers' way to deal with the ones who were unfit for normal combat, but enthusiastic enough to still be useful.
