False Appearance. While the cactaur remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a normal plant.

Twin Needles. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6+ 3) piercing damage.

99 Needles (recharges after a short or long rest). 'Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 99 piercing damage.

REACTIONS

Uncanny Dodge. When an attacker that the cactaur can see hits it with an attack, it can use its reaction to halve the attack's damage against it.


A fast creature resembling a humanoid cactus that is easily frightened.
