ACTIONS

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If the target is Large or smaller, it must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

REACTIONS

Deflecting Plates. When the borealopelta is hit by a melee weapon attack, it reduces the damage it takes by 1d8. To do so, the borealopelta must see the attacker.

Borealopelta is a tank-like, herbivorous dinosaur covered in thick, studded armor plating and bony nodules from head to tail. Its most iconic feature is its massive shoulder spikes, which jut outward to deter predators, and a clubbed tail capable of shattering bones.
