Amphibious. The toad can breathe air and water.

Abnormality. When the toad dies, it transforms into a Medium egg. The egg is indestructible however it can be safely transported. The abnormality will emerge from the egg after 1d4 days.

Breakable Limbs. The toad has two eyes. Each one has an AC of 16 and 50 hit points. Dealing damage to the eyes also deals damage to the toad. Once one eye is destroyed, the toad loses its multiattack and Eyeball Weight feature. When two eyeballs are destroyed, Blubbering Toad loses its Melty Eyeball feature. When an Eye Part breaks, the enemy with the least hit points has a -1d4 to all rolls on its next turn.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The toad makes two Melty Eyeball attacks.

Melty Eyeball. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage and the target must succeed on a DC Charisma saving throw or suffer a -1d4 to its next roll. If dealing damage to a target who has yet to roll their roll penalty, add 1d4 to the total damage of Melty Eyeballs.

Crying Slap. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (3d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC Charisma saving throw or suffer a -1d4 to its next roll. If dealing damage to a target who has yet to roll their roll penalty, add 1d6 to the total damage of Crying Slap.

Eyeball Weight (Recharge 6). The toad extends its eyeballs out of its head and swings them in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC Dexterity saving throw or take 17 (5d6) bludgeoning damage, and the target must make a charisma saving throw or suffer a -1d4 to its next roll. If dealing damage to a target who has yet to roll their roll penalty, add 1d6 to the total damage of Eyeball Weight.
