Blessed Shapechanging (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
You may use your Change Shape racial feature to change into any creature that is large or smaller. This does not change any of your statistics, including Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma, current and maximum hit points, or AC, but it does change your size and speed to the size and speed of the form you have taken. If the form you have taken would be unable to speak, you lose your ability to speak. You keep your class features in your new form, and do not gain any abilities of any other form you take. You may not turn into an undead, a swarm, a plant, an ooze, or a construct using this ability. Any gear or equipment you were wearing either drops to the ground, melds into your new form, or is worn by your new form if possible, your choice. You may only turn into a creature you have seen before.
