Bell's Toll

Prerequisites: Intelligence 17 or higher and Charisma 13 or higher, Death's Shawl, and must be a Fairy, 2nd Variant (death)
By exercising yourself and your abilities, you have attained a masterful control over your manipulation of the essence of death, and have learned to wield it more potently against those who would oppose you. You gain the following benefits:

  • As an action on your turn, you may target a creature you can see within 30 feet of you. If that creature's remaining hit points are equal to or less than 1 + your Intelligence modifier + your Charisma modifier, then the creature is reduced to 0 hit points. If the target is an undead, then it is instead reduced to 0 hit points if its remaining hit points are equal to or less than your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier + your Charisma modifier. If the target's remaining hit points are above the specified threshold, then it must instead succeed on a Constitution saving throw against a DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier, or take necrotic damage equal to 1d8 + your Intelligence modifier. An undead has disadvantage on this saving throw. Once you have used this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
