Barian[edit]

A Barian, or Varian (バリアン Barian), is one of a species of beings originating from Barian World, a high-energy world in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime. Most of them were once human, but they all have been reincarnated as Barians when they died. The majority of those lived in the United Lands of the Poseidon Ocean before their deaths

Physical Description[edit]

The_Last_Barians.png
Three Barians preparing for battle

Barians resemble humanoid beings with unnatural skin color, such as purple or red. Furthermore, all of them have what seem to be crystals and/or armored-like plates on their bodies. Like their face resembling a mask or their face resembling a helmet. Also unlike humans, they seem to lack certain organs such as mouth or nose, or perhaps those organs are otherwise not seen despite this, their senses appear unhampered, as is their ability to speak. While in Barian World, Barians appear humanoid, though they tend to conceal themselves in cloaks they also have crystals for hearts.

History[edit]

Barians are former humans who are connected to the Mythyrian "Number" cards, which had sealed the deity of Barian World, Don Thousand's power. Through his actions, Don Thousand orchestrated their tragic ends to become reincarnated as Barians, granting them portions of his power while their original human memories remained suppressed to the truth.

Society[edit]

Some barians are connected thanks to their past. In their past lives they could have been enemies or best friends. Either way the Barians are forced to work together and take down Astral World to save their race and to keep living on with their powers. Nash who is the Leader of the Barians hated Vector for what he did in their past but besides that they fight together to keep their race alive

Barian Names[edit]

Barian names are usually derived from the names of stars in constellations

You must use this feature if you are in a "low energy world" like "Earth" You transform into a humanoid with a human like appearance. Since you are a Barian you do not need to breathe, eat, or drink to survive you can still preform these actions in your humanoid form if you wish.

As a bonus action you can use a charge and gain temorprary hitpoints for yourself equal to 1d6 + half your current level.
