Balanced Rolling for Hit Points (5e Variant Rule)

When you reach a new level and choose to roll for hit points instead of taking the median result, you can re-roll any 1 on the Hit Die.
This makes the average result of rolling equal to the median result in parenthesis. With this rule, neither option is more likely to be better.
