Wondrous item, uncommon Ash from Mount Hotenow collected into a small bag. You can use your action to throw the ash at a creature within 15 feet of you. The target must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target is blinded for 1 minute. At the end of each of the target's turns it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success. The bag holds enough ash for 2 applications. |
