Ancient Ogre

STR DEX CON INT WIS CHA 20 (+5) 12 (+1) 18 (+4) 14 (+2) 16 (+3) 17 (+3) Saving Throws Str +9, Con +8 Skills Athletics, Arcana, Intimidation, Damage Vulnerabilities Radiant Damage Resistances Bludgeoning Damage Immunities Necrotic Condition Immunities charmed, frightened Senses passive 17, blindsight 20ft, Languages Common, Aztec, Deep Speech, Challenge 9 (5,000 XP) Magic attacks. The ogre's attacks are all magical. True Ogre. When the ogre is reduced to 0 Hitpoints, he transforms into his True Ogre form. While in this form, his hitpoints are equal to half his normal maximum, his size becomes Huge, his AC decreases by 2, and he becomes resistant to poison damage. ACTIONS Multiattack. The ogre makes three attacks: Two slam attacks and kick attack. If the ogre is in True Ogre Form, it instead makes one slam, one Snake Arm Bite, and one kick if in True Ogre Form. Innate Spellcasting. The ogre's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15). He can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components: At will: darkness Slam Melee Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8+5) bludgeoning damage. If the ogre is in True Ogre form, this attack deals 1 additional die of weapon damage. Kick Melee Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., all creatures within 5ft of target. Hit: 10 (2d4+5) bludgeoning damage and if target is two size categories smaller, they are pushed backwards 10 feet and knocked prone. If the ogre is in True Ogre form, this attack deals 1 additional die of weapon damage. Snake Arm Bite Melee attack: +9 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10+5) piercing damage and 20 (4d10) poison damage. The ogre can only use this attack while in True Ogre form. Fire Breath (Recharge on a 6). The ogre releases fire in a 30-foot cone. All characters within the cone have to make a Dexterity Save against a DC 16. On a failure, they suffer 40 (8d10) fire damage. On a success, they only suffer half as much. The ogre can only use this attack while in Ancient Ogre form.

The Ancient Ogre's first form resembles a massive, muscular man with dark green skin. His second form is more monstrous, with his skin turning dull red and massive horns extending from his head. As well, his left arm turns into a massive python with fangs that drip poison. He is adorned with various types and pieces of old Aztec jewelry and a large golden helmet/crown with very long orange hair. He also has a small round shield that is said to be the fabled Stone of The Sun, the Aztec Calendar, attached to his left arm. It is implied that he is of a very old, but very powerful origin. He was worshipped as the 'God of Fighting' by many ancient human civilizations.
