From D&D Wiki
Air Elemental Titan
Gargantuan elemental, neutral
Damage Immunities lightning, poison, thunder; bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical attacks
Air Form. The elemental can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.
Billowing Winds. Winds of 30 mile-per-hour speed billow in a 100-foot radius around the elemental making the area difficult terrain. Additionally, all ranged weapon attacks made in that area are made with disadvantage.
Multiattack. The elemental makes two attacks with its lightning strike.
Lightning Strike. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 320 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (3d10) lightning damage. Each creature within 10 feet of the target must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw, taking 7 (3d4) thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Empower (Recharge 6). The elemental surges with energy. The range of its lightning strike and strong winds increase by 50 feet. Additionally, the elemental regains 100 hit points while its hit point maximum is increased by 50 and its attack bonus and AC are increased by 1. Each time the elemental uses this action, roll a d10, adding 1 for each time the elemental has used this action since taking a long rest. If the result is a 10 or higher, the elemental shudders and is reduced to 0 hit points.
Air elemental titans are incredibly powerful beings of elemental air. The elemental closely resembles a raging tornado, surrounded by blistering winds and crackling lightning.
