This character has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, resulting in heightened spontaneity and difficulty focusing on long-term tasks.
Prerequisite: None
Benefit: +2 bonus to Dexterity checks related to quick reflexes and adaptability. Gain proficiency in one Dexterity-based skill of your choice.
Drawback: -2 penalty to Wisdom checks due to difficulties in maintaining sustained focus and attention. The character may struggle with patience and long-term planning.
Normal: Characters typically don't have a specific trait representing ADHD.
Special: This trait is designed to represent a character with ADHD. Players and Dungeon Masters are encouraged to work together to portray this trait in a way that enhances the storytelling experience without perpetuating stereotypes or misconceptions.
