Aboleth Choker (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement) This choker seems to resemble an aboleth's tentacle. When you put this choker on, you must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or the choker will come to life and sink into your neck the two small tentacles will sprout out of the back of your neck and wrap around your neck connecting at the front. After 1 day your teeth will turn into sharp fangs and they will sprout four prehensile tentacles each of which can lift up to 5 pounds from your back that can easily be hidden. As a bonus action on your turn, you may attack a creature within 5 feet of you with these tentacles. Upon hitting they deal 2d8 + your Strength modifier piercing damage. |
