'Dude' (5e Creature)

Medium humanoid (human), lawful neutral/chaotic evil
Armor Class 14 (natural armor)
Saving Throws Str +10, Dex +10, Con +10, Cha +9
Magical: Dude is confined within any antimagic field that encompasses his space
Multiattack. The Dude makes three attacks when it takes the attack action.
Sickle. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (3d8 + 10) slashing damage plus 18 (4d8) force damage.
Nuke (3/day). Dude fires a beam of energy at a creature within 70 feet. That creature must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or suffer 32 (5d12) necrotic damage and not be able to make ranged attacks for 1 round. at the start of each round after this, roll a DC 18 constitution save. on a success, roll the previous rounds damage, but take 1d12 away. on a fail, take the previous rounds damage.
Shortsword. In response to taking 10 or more damage, Dude makes the following attack: Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (1d6 + 10) piercing damage plus 18 (4d8) force damage.
He is a regular looking human being, brown hair, brown eyes, tan skin, and he even has no armor. But, Dude is a being outside of regular rules, he resides in the plane Gentes. The plane of Gentes has many wonderful properties, such as an all-encompassing anti-magic field that is active at all times, this prevents Dude from escaping, and from accessing his full potential. At the beginning of a battle, he will only use his sickle, which he slashes with speed undeterminable by most eyes. It is only when he gets to 500 or lower health does he think he may be in trouble. That is when he will unsheathe his shortsword and begin using reactions. Whenever he gets to 100 or less health, he will be furious at the party and begin using nuke. He will only use 1 nuke on each party member at most, because he is now cautious and wants to spread the damage as much as possible.
