fixed it kind of
ok, so i fixed the racial ability so that its weaker, since it hits all creatures in burst i figure the burst 2 is a curse and a blessing, darkvision i kept thinking of cat like night vision, but i realize its more like low light anyways
changing it from cat like would just mess with the concept too much, i tried to make them a little more interesting than normal cat people at first, so that probably wont change--Chimmy 13:05, 2 March 2012 (MST)
- That's okay. The next thing the power needs is a scaling attack bonus, since it isn't a weapon or implement attack (i.e. it doesn't get an enchantment bonus). For attacks against a non-AC this is normally +4 at 11th level and +6 at 21st level (as an example, see my Barbed Defense power at Barbed Devil (4e Race).)
- Secondly, for the claws, have a look at Barbed Claws (4e Feat). This costs a feat, but it means the claws can actually be used. Hope that helps! Marasmusine 12:56, 2 March 2012 (MST)

Race could probably use a bit more.
This race is quite interesting but I feel as though it could use a few more traits to bring it up to par with the standard 4e races. if you feel it's fine I see no need to change it though.
