Mother (3.5e Template)

A mother is a deathless who willingly underwent the ritual to be turned into a mother. Their personalities and memories are relatively unchanged after their transformation; however, their bodies have drastically changed. All internal organs, except for the heart, have been mutated into eggs sacks; these are not visible from an outward perspective though as they fill the same space as their former organs. They are filled with eggs that are so small that when seen by normal eyes in vast quantities they look like putrid liquid. They have sharp, curved teeth that are designed for latching on to prey instead of taking chucks out of them and they have claws as natural weapons. Mothers are capable of expelling the eggs out of their mouths and with their deathless appearance they can easily pass as a normal individual of the species that they were before a deathless, even after deterioration sets in (deathless' version of decay and rot) as it only leaves cracks across the skin. Since the mothers lack a metabolism their entire egg system relies on magic. The "Mother" is just a type of deathless it is and it doesn't mean that it is strictly female.
 Creating a Mother
"Mother" is an acquired template that can be added to any dragon, giant, humanoid, or monstrous humanoid creature. They have all of the base creature's statistics and special abilities except they are now of the deathless type and they gain the special abilities noted here.
 Size and Type
 Hit Dice
Increase all current and future Hit Dice to d12s.
 Armor Class
A mother's armor class is unchanged with their base.
All mothers have a bite attack which can double as a grapple it necessary for the mother to implant eggs.
 Full Attack
When lacking weapons mothers will use their natural weapons which is either their bite attack (see above) or their claws.
The mother's bite attack does 1d6 piercing damaged while his/her claws does 1d4 slashing damage.
 Special Attacks
A mother retains all the base creature’s special attacks and gains those described below.
Planting the Children (Su): When bitten by a mother , the victim is injected with children eggs that mixes with the victim's blood. As a result of this the victims becomes infected with the children's bloom, however, during the time they are infected they are completely normal. After 2d4 days the victim quickly undergoes a transformation and turns into one of the children. To cure the children's bloom one must somehow "persuade" the mother to perform a mother's kiss which can cure the disease or with a remove curse spell.
Planting the Deprived (Su): Similar method of becoming infected as the planting of the children eggs but the mother implants deprived eggs instead. The victim becomes infected with the deprived wilt instead, it makes them feverish after six hours and transforming them into a deprived in twenty-four hours. This can be cured by "persuading" the mother to perform the same mother's kiss as well or wiith a remove curse spell.
 Special Qualities
A mother retains all the base creature’s special qualities and gains those described below.
Mother's Grasp (Ex): Both the mother's claws and teeth are designed to grapple on to its opponent and as a result the mother gains a additional +4 on grapple checks. This is necessary for implanting eggs and it can stack with the greater grapple and master grapple feats.
Mother's Kiss (Su): The mother must bite the infected victim once again, injecting mother eggs to cure his children's bloom or deprived wilt and kill the former eggs. Note: The mother's kiss can also works when the children or deprived eggs were implanted by a different mother.
Mother's Choice (Su): The mother can only fill his/her egg sacks with a single kind of egg and although they can change what type of egg they are carrying at will, it takes eight hours to change them into a children or deprived egg. They can't expel any eggs during the duration it slowly changes but changing the eggs to mother eggs take only one hour.
Mother's Blood (Su): The mother's veins and arteries are filled eggs instead of blood and they are pumped throughout their body by their own heart which is maintained by magic. This causes it to become beneficial when a mother bleeds because it's the eggs bled out are capable of infecting the attacker by entering a wound.
Mothers have no constitution score but they are stronger and quicker than they were when alive. Base abilities + 2 to strength and dexterity.
Mothers have a + 4 racial bonus to balance, climb, jump, swim and tumble to base
 Challenge Rating
Same as the base creature + 1.

Same as the base creature +2.
 Becoming a Mother
The ritual to become a mother can be performed at any time during the day and virtually anywhere but it is preferred to be done in private. The ritual takes one hour or 300 rounds to complete and it involves writing MATIC (must be in a language the individual understands) on the body of individual undergoing the ritual with the same individual's blood. A circle of blood must be drawn around the individual undergoing the transformation and the following spells must be casted during the hour and within the circle:
At the end of the ritual the individual undergoing it will die and be revived as a deathless and for two hours afterwards he/she will suffer agonising pain as his/her organs mutate. The ritual can be done by a single individual or a third party assisting with the spells.
