More information...

Lask is the haughty god of fate, and destruction. He is completely subsumed with his own plans and has never been seen to care for the well-being of others. He is directly opposed by Kolec and Hal who will never forgive him for destroying Cora, their creator. Although he is not friendly with any of the gods or goddesses, he shares a common interest and understanding with Volgan. Mortals rarely worship Lask, though there have been a few powerful binders that sought him for his power over fate and destruction. The mortals of Cora attribute sickness and disease as his mark upon their lives.

Dogma[edit]

The few followers that Lask does garner are asked to opposed good wherever it exists, and hold no care for anything beautiful. Lasks ultimate goal is to unmake the world that was born from Cora. Temples to Lask are non-existant, it goes against everything the god stands for. Instead his followers meet in secret, usually within the ruins of a destroyed building.

Vestige - The Devourer[edit]

Vestige Level: 1
Binding DC: 20
Special Requirement: Yes

Special Requirement: You must place a Brown Cora Stone in the center of Lask's seal when summoning him.

Manifestation: The air takes on a putrid smell, and the skull outlined on the seal takes form. It grows up from the ground, until a medium sized skull floats directly above the summoning seal. The sockets of the skull ooze a green viscous goo as Lask rattles off his wishes.

Sign: Your skin shrivels onto your bone and turns the texture of sandpaper. You look similar to a walking corpse or a very sick individual, though there are no ill effects.

Influence: Lask's influence causes you to desecrate any other god or goddess' temple. You also actively speak ill of those who show good virtue.

Granted Abilities:

Foresight: You can see events a moment before they happen. You gain a +1 insight bonus to AC, initiative checks, Reflex saves, and attack rolls. You gain an additional +1 per four effective binder levels.

Acid Breath: You can vomit a line of acid as a standard action. The line has a length of 10 feet per effective binder level and deals 1d6 points of acid damage per effective binder level. Creatures that are hit by this are entitled to a Reflex save for half damage. Once you use this ability, you cannot do so again for 5 rounds.

Resistance to Acid: You have resistance to acid 10.
