Legendary Resistance. (3/Day). If Yulianta and Milisteq fail a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Legendary Dodge. If a creature misses Yulianta and Milisteq, Yulianta and Milisteq can move 20 ft and a single feather (if any) automatically reacts lashing out to target creature within 15 ft for 1d4+1 force damage.

Flyby. Yulianta and Milisteq does not provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.

Alert. Yulianta and Milisteq can never be surprised, other creatures don’t gain advantage on attack rolls against Yulianta and Milisteq as a result of being unseen by it, and Yulianta and Milisteq has an additional +5 to initiative and perception.

Evasion. If Yulianta and Milisteq is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, Yulianta and Milisteq instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails.

Intelligence Sap When a creature with an intelligence of 6 or more is killed by Yulianta and Milisteq the creatures soul is extracted from their body and consumed into a gem.

ACTIONS

WIP. Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 30/200 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 5) force damage. If this action is used and a target is declared outside of the range of the first number listed in this actions range, the effects of this ability change to the following: The target (if any) and each creature in a 20-foot radius of the target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d10 force damage and is pushed 20 feet away from the origin point. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and isn’t pushed. Objects and structures take double damage.

This action requires and consumes three feathers.

WIP. Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d8 + 5) radiant damage.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The Yulianta and Milisteq can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Yulianta and Milisteq regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Feather. Yulianta creates one feather in its space. The feather floats in the air above Yulianta and Milisteq's heads for up to one minute. This ability can be used additional times to make more than one feather.
