From D&D Wiki
Way of the Time Master
Unaffiliated with the Doctor Who franchise.
- Time Knowledge
At 3rd level, you gain proficiency in History and can double your proficiency bonus for any checks you make with it.
- Time Blur
Also at 3rd level, you can use a bonus action to spend 3 Ki points to begin to shift through time. While you do this, all attack rolls have disadvantage against you for 1 minute, or until you lose concentration.
- Time Spells
- Time Shifts
At 11th level, you can expend 1 Ki Point as a bonus action to roll a d20. Consult the table below to find out what happens.
|1||You disappear backwards in time and appear in an unoccupied space within 30 feet of your current position, 1d6 turns ago. All creatures there, including your past self have no recollection of future events, but you do, and can act independently. If an effect unrelated to your present self has already been determined by dice roll (mainly your past selve's use of this feature), it is unchanged. Creatures have disadvantage on Saving Throws created by you, and attack rolls have advantage until your past self disappears.|
|20||A fragment of your mind disappears forwards in time and appears in an unoccupied space within 30 feet of your current position, 1d6 turns in the future. For that many turns, you have advantage on Saving Throws and attack rolls against you have disadvantage.|
- Fluid Time
At 17th level, you can spend 8 Ki points to cast foresight.
