| Target: Each enemy in burst | |
| Attack: Intelligence Vs. Fortitude | |
| Hit: 1d6 + Intelligence modifier damage. | |
| Effect: All allies within the burst may spend a healing surge if adjacent to a creature that took damage from this power. The burst creates a zone of shadows that lasts until the end of your next turn. While in the zone, all allies gain concealment. | |
| Sustain Minor: Sustain the zone until the end of your next turn. | |
