Variant Commoner for Militaristic Societies (3.5e NPC Class)
From D&D Wiki
Some societies are very warlike and value honor, valor, and glorious battle above all else. The culture of these societies is such that even the lowliest commoner learns the ways of the sword and spear. Real-life examples of such societies include ancient Sparta or the Aztec empire, where nearly every male citizen learned how to fight.
This class is a variation of the SRD:Commoner intended for societies and cultures which are highly militaristic and thus even the lowliest citizens would have some degree of fighting capability.
