Alpha Stigma[edit]

The perfect copycat spellcaster. Even if only sees part of a spell an Alpha Stigma can know what it does and how to do it. He also knows some magic that no one but another Alpha Stigma can copy. These spells are revealed to him by his mind throughout the passage of time. An Alpha Stigma's power lies in his eyes, if his eyes are made useless, so is his power. They have been known to at times of extreme emotional trauma, say the killing of a best friend or parent, they go on a nearly unstoppable rampage of hidden magic which an Alpha stigma can't access without going into this state. They have no control, they kill everyone and everything they can, the only way to stop this rampage is to kill the Alpha stigma, or to close his eyes, nether of which is an easy task.

Making a Alpha Stigma[edit]

This class must be chosen during character creation.

Alpha Stigmas are great spellcasters, but are not weaklings when it comes to hand to hand combat. They can hold their own if it comes to it, by their wits or their spells. An Alpha stigma is not an enemy you want to face.

Abilities: They pride themselves on spell casting so Charisma is a must. They are also great scholars so intelligence is key. And making sure they can dodge attacks is good so dexterity is good to.

Class Features[edit]

These powers are what an Alpha stigma are born with but can only be truly unlocked by either their rage or time and practice. All of the following are class features of the Alpha Stigma.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Light armor, and one one-handed mundane weapon.

Spells: Alpha Stigmas must choose their spells from the following list. The rest they get from copying spells.

Copy Spell: As long as the Alpha Stigma can see it being cast, as a free action, he can choose to copy it and preform it. Along with the spells he must know from the list above, an Alpha Stigma can choose to remember a spell. Warning, an Alpha Stigma can't forget a spell he learns so choose what you remember wisely.

Analyze Magic: An Alpha Stigma, as a standard action, can choose to use his Alpha Stigma to Analyze their surrounding for magic traps or hidden spells in books. He can also see through spells like invisibility, and darkness. An Alpha Stigma can also choose to take another standard action to disarm one trap at a time. At greater analyze magic, he can do this as fast as a move action, and disarm upto three magic traps at the same time; he can also see through spells like greater invisibility and greater darkness. You can also now read any language even if you don't know it is. At greatest he can disarm five traps at the same time, and see through spells like greatest invisibility and greatest darkness.

Stigma Rage: If an Alpha Stigma sees the death of a loved one or a friend you most roll a percentage die if you get 70 or higher he's fine, but below he will go into an uncontrollable rampage were even at level one he has all ablities of a lvl 20 Alpha Stigma. The only way to snap him out of this rage is to kill him or close his eyes.

Spontanious Casting: can cast spells as a swift action.

Copy spell-like ability: As the name implies you can now copy spell like abilities as you could spells.

Copy Divine Magic: you can now copy spells gifted by the gods. They are unable to tell you are not one of their followers

Mental casting: you may now cast spells using only your mind and gestures/ whatever else is needed for the spell.

Spells[edit]

Spirit Beast of Earth: triples your speed and unarmed strike. The incantation for this spell is: I offer up this contract to bear the spirit of the wicked beast that sleeps within the earth. Casting time 1 round, duration 1d4 rounds.

Izuchi: a lightning spell that does 1d6 per lvl(max 20d6). You can control how much damage this spell does(min 1 dmg) max 1d6 x current lvl. Casting time 1 round. The incantation for this spell is: What I seek is thunder. Izuchi!

Guard: a protection spell that adds +2 deflection mondifier to your AC per every 2 levels. Casting time 1 round. You must be able to draw a circle in the air, in the direction of an attack.

Mizui: a water spell that does 1d6 per lvl(max 20d6). You can control how much damage this spell does(min 1 dmg) max 1d6 x current lvl. Casting time 1 round. The incantation for this spell is: What I seek is water. Mizui!

Kurenai: a fire spell that does 1d8 per lvl(max 20d8). You can control how much damage this spell does(min 1 dmg) max 1d8 x current lvl. Casting time 1 round. The incantation for this spell is: What I seek is the burning fields. Kurenai!

Spirit Beast of Sky: sends out 3 spirit wolves to attack one or multiple enemies. Each wolf does 1d6 per lvl (max 10d6). Casting time 1 round. The incantation for this spell is: I offer up this contract, to unleash the magic beast of light which dances through the skies!

Demon Scorching Light: sends out a missle per lvl each doing 1d8. Does double damage towards demons and devils. Casting time 1 round. The incantation for this spell is: I implore the gods above, to bestow thy servant with the Demon Scorching Light!(this spell calls apon the major god of the current realm)

You are born as an Alpha Stigma, the only cure is death.

Campaign Information[edit]

Playing a Alpha Stigma[edit]

Religion: They hate religion for how it causes people to treat them.

Other Classes: They don't care what you are or what you do, as long as you don't treat them as monsters or weapons.

Combat: Either as front line spellcaster or as a magic cannon in the back.

Advancement: learning about their power is most important to them. They might also choose some to learn some swordsmanship or hand to hand combat.

Alpha Stigmas in the World[edit]

Alpha Stigmas or cursed at, hated, despised. If it found out that a person is an alpha stigma he or she will be forced to leave or tried to be killed.

Daily Life: An Alpha Stigmas life is an normal one, as long as their identity as an alpha stigma is kept a secret. If it is know then they will most likely have their loved ones killed and captured for experiments.

Notables: Alpha Stigmas kept their identities a secret so there are none that are publicly known..

Organizations: None

NPC Reactions: Will most likely try to kill them.

Alpha Stigma Lore[edit]

Characters with ranks in Knowledge(lore) can research Alpha Stigmas to learn more about them. When a character makes a skill check, read or paraphrase the following, including information from lower DCs.

Alpha Stigmas in the Game[edit]

The spellcaster of the party. Can hold his own in a fight.

Adaptation: whatever the DM can think of.

Sample Encounter: A child being tortured by idiots wanting to see the rage that the Alpha stigmas are known for. Needing to be rescued before they activate this rage. They have already killed one of his parents and are about to execute the other right in front of him.
