Poisoner (Revised)

You can prepare and deliver deadly poisons with greater efficiency, granting you the following benefits:

  • You gain proficiency with the poisoner's kit.
  • When you make a damage roll that deals poison damage, it ignores resistance to poison damage.
  • You can apply poison to a weapon or piece of ammunition as an object interaction, instead of an action.
  • When you apply poison to a weapon or piece of ammunition, you can use your reaction to additionally apply a catalyst. When applied, any creature affected by the poison has disadvantage on its saving throws to resist the poison's effects, but the amount of time before the poison loses its potency as well as its effect's total duration (if any) is reduced by one stage (1 day to 1 hour, 1 hour to 1 minute, 1 minute to the end of your next turn, the end of your next turn to the end of the creature's next turn, etc). You have a number of catalysts equal to your proficiency bonus, and you replenish your supply when you finish a long rest.
