Turn Wheel
Level: Sor/Wiz 5
Casting time: 1 standerd action
Range: 100 ft.
Duration: 1 hour/level
Saving Throw: Will (Provided target has a wisdom score)

Turn one wheel or gear up to 250 lbs per level, or multiple wheels totaling no more then 250 lbs per level, at each maximum speed of 120 feet. A single turning gear can turn all connected machinery. The caster can control the wheel's direction and speed. It takes one round to stop or speed up a wheel, and in the round following the round wheel was stoped you can reverse direction. All wheels can be individuly controlled.

For example; Tuyguy is driving a cart with Turn Wheel and is going at a speed of 120 ft.. He can stop the cart in one round (and reverse after by spining them the other direction), slow down to another speed, or turn by slowing two of the four wheels.

Turn Wheel can be made permant with a Permanency spell. Permanency makes the rotation permanent, and the caster of Permanency can designate if anybody within spell range, just the caster of Turn Wheel, or nobody, can control the wheel.

This spell is designed to solve puzzles and create objects and vehicles.
