When wearing the tool harness, the weight of items carried his halved.
There are 6 pockets that have a carrying capacity of 2 lb. of items per pocket. The carrying capacity weight is based on the items' base weight prior to being halved. The items placeable in the pockets must fit within a 2x3x5 inch pocket.
All items in the tool harness can be accessed as a swift action.
