Phrases or words passed to this will have all their first letters uppercased. Equivalent to Python's .title(). Doesn't like actual numbers, but I guess it could if you really wanted it to. Integral to things like Template:5e.
E.g. {{ucall|i'm a big, badly CaPitalised Phrase}} becomes I'm A Big, Badly CaPitalised Phrase.
