Maybe instead of just having Instant Transmission innately, they could have a racial feat which lets them add teleport to their class's spell list if they have a spellcasting class, and/or let them cast it as a 5th level spell? A lot of things froom the Dragon Ball universe are just too powerful in D&D without a lot of nerfing. - Guy 18:26, 9 September 2018 (MDT)
