Might want to ask a DM of experience, sadly i have never played tabletop even if I plan to plus this type of item has never been used on a game, it looks like the teeth of a Lycanthrope but will change size depending on which form and type the Lycanthrope is, if you check the Equipment Mundane Jewelry area again you will find a new type of Fang Cover is there...
