Talk:Time Lord (3.5e Race)

Time Lords are not all Barbarians, in the same way that not all Humans are Barbarians. Their government is corrupt, which means a majority of them may be evil, but with Dnd standards you need to take that out of the equation. Surely their were many Time Lords that didnt see things the same way the Lord President did, but they went along with. The Doctor may have been the only one to act, but that doesnt mean he was the only one feeling that way. Time Lords arn't evil, nor are they Barbarians. This is just the norm of that specific "country" if you will. Its the same as if you had a large civilization of Halflings, only they were all "evil", because of a corrupt government.
