Added flavor text. Removed the stated damage, since that is what a maul does, anyway. Made it require attunement. Removed the comments and design-related questions. Gave the hammer a DC and save type. Also made it a bonus action to cause the opponent to save, instead of the DM having to roll every single time the fighter attacks.--Thorin (talk) 14:40, 24 October 2019 (MDT)
